Sustainability is at the forefront of how we do food.

Seasonality and locally grown produce is how we think. We are sure you will notice the difference. We think it tastes better since food in season is at the peak of its flavour.

It also makes you feel good because we are reducing our food miles and working with the seasons. This all means we are more sustainable. We also reduce our waste as much as we can through composting all food waste, growing our own food and also supporting our worm colonies. All plastic waste is recycled and we care about where we source our wood from for our wood oven. We look for dead or fallen or dying trees and have good relationships with locals who help us to source wood.

We prefer to use ethically raised and organically grown produce and are based in Willunga with the majority of our produce sourced from within the Fleurieu region.
